The Marketing
Streamline recognized the need for pre-marketing and leasing homes for our builder clients about 5 years ago. Several of our for sale builders have shifted into the leasing business or at a minimum keep a portfolio of condominiums that we lease for them with our Advisory, Marketing, and Leasing approach.
We’re thrilled to partner with CPS Management and focus on the marketing and leasing of 581 Salem Street, while the builder works to develop more great niche luxury rental properties.
