As of month end June 2020, the Massachusetts single family homes months of supply was down from 3.5 to 1.7 or 51.4 percent and 3.1 to 2.3 or 25.8 percent for condos.
The lower the supply, the higher the demand, and typically higher the prices. These are all good indicators for builders. As you’ll see from a few of our new home sales and leasing below, homes are moving fast!
