Over the next several months, builders are going to need New Home Specialists to advise, market, and sell product. The builders who are properly positioned will quickly capitalize on a big real estate sales upswing. We saw this with the post 2007 Great Recession. Now’s the time to position, market, and stay in touch with buyers in preparation for the acceleration of new home sales.
