Sales Director

The Sales Director position is primarily responsible for facilitating the sale of new construction homes and additional home sites at assigned community. The Sales Director is responsible for reporting, broker outreach, lead generation and office management. Sales Director should understand that duties and responsibilities may vary from site to site and it is incumbent upon the Sales Director to seek out the duties and responsibilities of the assigned site and to carry out those activities requested by the Streamline corporate team. A Real Estate License is required.

Leasing Director

The Leasing Director position is primarily responsible for leasing apartments and securing the highest possible rent, as quickly as possible and creating a positive customer service experience. This position participates in marketing campaigns, promotions, and leasing strategy for attracting new tenants and maintains budgets to maximize overall profit. Responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process (start to finish) from generating initial prospect interest through qualification, lease negotiation and document execution. Manages and supervises support team for assigned properties. A Real Estate License is required.

Sales Assistant

A Sales Assistant will support the Sales Director in all daily activities.

Leasing Assistant

A Leasing Assistant will support the Sales Director in all daily activities.

Tour Guide

As a Tour Guide you will work with the Sales Director and team in general/non-sales related matters. Tour Guides capture visitor information, guide visitors through the site, and manage general administrative tasks.

Since 2007 I have had the pleasure of working as a Sales Director with Streamline Communities and am currently working on my 6th project, Trouvaille, located in Woburn, MA. Over the last 13 years, I’ve sold hundreds of single-level and townhome-style condominiums for Streamline’s clients, and have worked one-on-one with developers, construction supervisors, and their staff. Learning on-site sales and managing a project from the ground up has been both challenging and rewarding. Streamline recognizes hard work, dedication, and strives for success not only as a business but on an individual level. They provide the tools, support, and opportunity to succeed.
